This isn't going to be a big post, as I am trying to write up my PhD at the moment (rushed off my feet). However, as it's international womens day and I know lots of female scientist who I have great respect for I thought I would share this link to an article in Nature: http://www.nature.com/news/science-for-all-1.12535 . Women get a rough deal in science and it means that I have great respect for those that make it to the top, but things need to change. Male scientists need to have more respect for what women have to go through and men need to start to make sacrifices for their families too
